A space to slow down, reflect and be met as you are.

Person-centred & experiential counselling, offered online across the UK
Beginning where you are

Therapy offers a space to talk things through without pressure or judgement.

Together, we can explore what feels important for you, at a pace that feels right, and begin to make sense of whatever you’re carrying.

You don't need to know exactly what you want to talk about to begin, we will find the start, together.

What you might be bringing
You might be experiencing things like:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally stuck

  • A sense of pressure to cope, achieve or hold things together.

  • Difficulties with boundaries, relationships or self-trust.

  • Guilt, shame, or self-criticism that's hard to shake off.

  • Anger, sadness or grief that hasn't had space to be felt

  • Questions around identity, meaning or where you belong

Of course, we all reach out for help for different reasons, your reason is enough too, something may not feel right at the moment and that's okay. You're at the start of exploring that, so let's explore it together.

There is space here for what hasn't yet been put into words

Working together

I’m Michael, a person-centred and experiential counsellor offering online therapy across the UK. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin and who want a space to slow things down and be met with care.

You don’t need to arrive with answers or a clear plan. We begin with where you are, and we take things at a pace that feels right for you.

You can explore more about how I work below.

How I work

My work is person-centred and experiential. That means we begin with where you are and stay closely aligned with the feelings, thoughts and sensations that involved with who and where you are at right now.

Some weeks, that might look like simply making space for what you’ve been carrying; allowing the therapy space to hold feelings that have felt heavy or difficult to sit with alone.

Other weeks, it might involve noticing patterns as they emerge, gently exploring their meanings, and understanding how they connect. You might think of a familiar sense of self-doubt as a tree; we can take time to notice which branches it has grown, and what they represent.

You don't need to arrive with the "right" words - there isn't such a thing. We can slow things down and begin to untangle things together at a pace that feels right for you. That's sense of togetherness, and the collaborative nature of the work, is central to how i offer therapy.

There’s no pressure to have the “right” words or a clear plan. We can start with a short introductory conversation and see how it feels.

It’s a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether it feels like a good fit.

If you already feel ready to begin, you're welcome to book a session directly.

Sessions are 50 minutes and held online.
